Between pre-order questions and post-receiving comments, I don’t think it ever took them longer than 24 hours to respond to me. This seller was an amazing go-between, and I feel they represented me well with the doll manufacturer. Overall, I think there were 30 emails sent back and forth, and each time I received a timely, patient, response.
