Yes, this was hands down the best representative I’ve dealt with in a long time! I’ve read horror stories about people dealing directly with Gynoid and also shipping issues that delayed my decision to make such an expensive purchase. Alice always responded reasonably fast with questions (who by the way were also very accommodating) and seemed to have a good relationship with dealing with the manufacturer.
